Cliff and Michelle are the proud owners of Barkingham Palace. Pupville Parlour, and The Royal Pawlor, As dedicated dog lovers and pawents to Stewie and JD, they bring a personal passion to everything they do.

They are committed to providing safe, high-quality care and believe in treating every dog like their own. Cliff and Michelle also pride themselves on full transparency, building trust with pet parents through honest communication and genuine care for every pup.

Nicole has always had a passion for all animals, especially dogs, since a young age. She has been grooming dogs since the late 90's. Nicole is also an animal portrait artist. She owns a Moyen Standard Poodle and two Corgi's! Her favorite breeds to groom are Bernadoodles, Goldendoodles, and anything poodle. She loves sculpting them as if they were a canvas! Nicole feels so grateful to be a groomer where she can love on dogs all day! She looks forward to meeting new clients and their wonderful furry pets!

Alicia grew up drawing, painting, and doing anything creative she could get her hands on. She’s always had a canine companion by her side her whole life. It only seemed natural to combine her creativity with her love for dogs and begin grooming. Alicia has  3 years of experience and continues to strive for improvement every day in every way. She takes pride in creating a comfortable experience and a lasting relationship with the dogs she grooms so that they become excited to come to their appointments. Her favorite breeds to groom are wheaten terriers and yorkies. Alicia is ready to meet your pup and make them feel and look amazing!

​Jessica loved animals her whole life. It was always her dream to have a career working with animals. As soon as she was old enough, she volunteered at animal shelters. Jessica quickly realized she loved what she was doing and wanted to expand her knowledge even further. She got her first job at a daycare/boarding facility and loved it. There, Jessica would occasionally help with bathing dogs and doing nail trims. This is when she fell in love with dog grooming. Jessica got a job as a bather/ grooming assistant and eventually went through professional training to be a full time dog groomer! Aside from grooming, She loves spending time with her husband and two dogs Kimba and Blitz. Jessica also enjoys staying at home with her four cats and three leopard geckos!

Certified Canine Esthetician 

Emily has been working with dogs for over 12 years. She has worked with dogs in every area, from training, to vet med, to rescue, to daycare before deciding on grooming as her specialty, in 2019.  Emily has two Shih Tzu, Ramses and Theodore who are her whole world. Emily is currently learning Animal Communication and Animal Reiki, and is very passionate about proper care and treatment of the animals we share our lives with. She is also a CCE and passionate and dedicated to helping dogs with skin conditions and issues.
